Coming home from Jimmy's, Robert first calls a servant then his wife with a bedside phone. After the first call, he sits on the bed with the receiver in his right hand, filmed from behind. After the shot change, we see his front. He has his arms strangely crossed, the receiver sits on the telephone. The pacing suggests, though, that no time has passed between the two shots.
