When the kids are eating with their father at the bowling alley, their dad puts a cigarette in the holder and reaches into his back pocket to pull out his wallet. The camera angle shifts over his shoulder as he slides a bill across the table and the cigarette is no longer in the holder. When the camera angle shifts back again as Samantha takes the dollar, the cigarette is right back in the holder.
