When Fletcher tells Judge Stevens that he made a huge mistake, Stevens tries to brush it off with Fletcher then saying "Maybe you can tell that to the kids when they get adopted by the Manson family!" Although this was sarcastic it was still a lie, so Fletcher should not have been able to say it.
