During one of the Stanley Cup games Roanoke hits the puck
above his head. He then hits the puck out of the air while it is at head level and scores a goal. This goal would have been disallowed since a player is not allowed to touch a puck with his stick if it is above the normal shoulder height. This infraction is called "high sticking the puck".
