(At around 13 mins) When Peter and John first enter the saloon, the piano player is performing in a style called "Stride", which was not invented until the 1920s. However, the film is set in a thematic park, not in the real Wild West, so it could be deliberate choice by the park owners, like in the HBO TV series.
