In the beginning of the movie Joel Campbell is doing a voice over David Allen Griffin's dancing as a flash forward; David Allen Griffin is dancing to the Rob Zombie song "Dragula". At the end of the movie, when the scene occurs it's a different Rob Zombie song. He is now dancing to "How To Make A Monster".
