During the airport scene when Stephen raises the hammer to hit the crawling zombie over the head after wrestling by the hangars, a balding crew member in a green wind-breaker can be seen in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. When Stephen makes the 2nd (& fatal) strike, the crew member has disappeared.
