In The Ballad of Buster Scruggs vignette, in the Surly Joe scene, when Buster kicks the table, Surly Joe's gun goes off each time, shooting himself each time. After the first shot this would not happen, as the gun is a single action, meaning the hammer would have to be pulled back after each shot before the gun could fire again. After the first shot, Surly Joe could not have cocked the hammer fast enough for any subsequent shots even without shooting himself.
