Set in Philadelphia, the EMS ambulance does not remotely match the style of that city's vehicles. Also, in that city an ambulance is marked 'Philadelphia Fire Department (...) Emergency Medical Services' rather than 'Philadelphia Emergency Medical Services,' as in the movie. Also, the word 'ambulance' is not printed backwards (or at all) on the front of the vehicle.
