During the shootout at Cain's drug factory in the old Italian Restaurant, two goons show up and shoot at RoboCop. One of them is shot by Robo but not the other, Robo then turns around and shoots at a third goon. The second goon could have been shot off camera but there was no sound of a gunshot prior to Robo shooting the third goon behind him.
