When presented with the request for joint work, Agent Pollack does not have the Authority to individually approve a foreign agent to be given SCI/TS Clearance at any level. That has to come from The DoJ, and one or more of the following: Chief of Staff, National Security Advisor, Supreme Justice, The President and/or a Congressional Panel.
