In the Cave of Wonders, Aladdin and Abu have encountered the Magic Carpet. Aladdin says to Magic Carpet, " You see, we're trying to find this lamp". At that point, Abu, now on Aladdin's back, piggy back style, is enormous, and totally out of scale. Abu's head is nearly equal in size to Aladdin's head, and it is easy to make a side by side, or rather" Head to Head", comparision. Consider the arctic wasteland scene where Abu is small enough to fit under one half of Aladdin's tiny vest to warm up. Abu is drawn at least 250 percent too large in this shot.
