When the IOI troops storm the hideout of the Rebellion and capture Samantha, she allegedly sends a message by phone to Aech, Daito and Sho explaining where to find Wade and rescue him. Based on the story so far, she never met any of them in real life, hence wouldn't be able to contact them outside of OASIS by using her phone.Once Wade exits the hatch in the back alley, Aech finds him and they go to the van where Daito and Sho are already waiting them. Considering that IOI stormed the building just a few minutes ago, how would Aech get there so fast by picking up Daito and Sho on the way? It assumes that they all live in Columbus and know who they are in real life, which is clearly not the case.
