22:48 approx: In the face-off between Father & Son, Viggo and Iosef, Avi can be seen in the background lighting (and smoking) a cigarette.After Viggo punches his Son for a second time, Avi is distressed and exclaims "f*$# Viggo" and motions to leave. Viggo commands "YOU! STAY!"
The cigarette Avi was smoking is now unlit, an editing continuity error.
