When Captain Street and James Lee Wong are trying to open a panel door leading to a hidden room; Captain Street orders Wong to blast it. Wong then takes out a gun and shoots open the door. This part of the story makes no sense because Wong is a researcher and not a cop. Up to this point, there was no indication that Wong carried a gun or had a license to carry a concealed weapon or that Police Captain Street was aware that Wong had a gun, especially since at one point Captain Street thought of him as a suspect. With all the aforementioned in mind; it is not logical that a Police Captain would instruct a civilian to shoot out a locked door and for Wong to even have a gun.
