In the last game against Dallas, in the drive leading to Washington's second touchdown, on the next to last play, there are two defensive players (Bateman and "Smith" Wilkinson) in the offensive huddle. With the earlier injury, it is conceivable that one defensive player would be needed to play on offense, but it is highly unlikely that two players would play on "both sides" of the ball.
