(at around 25 mins) When Bumblebee takes the car over, after Sam picks up Mikaela and parks, she opens the door to go look under the hood. You can clearly see in the foreground of the shot that there's a black mark on the passenger side door/fender. It disappears in the next shot and is never seen again.
