When the Toa Metru arrive at the Coliseum, you can see Makuta (disguised as Turaga Dume) on a huge video screen saying "Too late, Toa." The movement on his lips suggest that he should be saying a longer sentence, and talking more slowly. "You are too late, Toa", for example, would match his mouth's movements more correctly.
