In the Chateau fight scene, when the Merovignian's henchmen line up to shoot Neo, there are clearly six of them. However, during the ensuing brawl, only five are killed on-screen (head smashed with spiky flail, stabbed while sword fighting Neo at the top of the chateau, accidentally stabbed by the guy with the trident, accidentally smashed by the guy in white's mace, and head smashed by Neo after being disarmed) and the body of the sixth henchman is no where to be seen.
