(at around 56 mins) During the original attack on the ships by the F-18s, they shoot missiles at it and are surprised by the fact that it has a forcefield, a technology which obviously surpasses ours. However, in the shot back at NORAD, where the President is watching on the computer, there is a line shown for the forcefield shown neutralizing the missiles. Something like that would not have been programmed in that system and it shouldn't have recognized the forcefield at all because of it.
