When Sam is looking longingly up at the hospital, the stairstep roofline (that he later hangs from) is in the center, above the porch. The roofline on each side is sloped with dormers. Later we see Sam swinging from a stairstep roofline and the porch is to his left, which means he's on the right where the roof is sloped with dormers.
