(at around 14 mins) While Simon Masrani is flying the helicopter, at least twice he lets go of the controls; first to make a hand gesture, then again to put on his sunglasses. It takes two hands to fly a helicopter; left hand on the collective, and the right hand on the cyclic. However, it is normal procedure for a helicopter pilot to remove his or her left hand from the collective for a short time to carry out other tasks in the cockpit while flying - and in the case of a helicopter which is flown from the left seat, as in this film, the pilot would transfer the left hand to the cyclic control to allow them to reach the center console with the right hand. An experienced pilot would never use their right hand in flight unless they had to though, but Masrani is not an experienced (or even licensed) pilot.
