(at around 29 mins) The size of Unicron in general changes in various parts throughout the film. The first planet attack shows that Unicrons mouth is large enough to almost swallow a planet whole, however during his first conversation with Megatron when we can see the two characters from a side on angle, Megatron appears to be nowhere near as tiny as he should be in comparison to Unicron's mouth.
