The atmosphere of Titan obscures Saturn from the surface of the moon. If it was possible for Rick to see it, Saturn would appear only half as large as shown. Also, Titan's orbit lay in the plane of the rings, so seeing them from Titan isn't possible as they are on edge to the moon.
