(at around 1h 17 mins) After Dr. Lecter unlocks his handcuffs and puts them on Lt. Boyle, he then bites Sgt. Pembry just to the right of Sgt. Pembry's nose, leaving a noticeable wound. Later when Dr. Lecter is in the ambulance wearing Sgt. Pembry's face, the wound is not there.
