After Bond kills the ninja that surprise attacks him, Tanaka comes over to check on him. The man's body is lying flat, with the back of his head resting on the ground. When Tanaka comes over, he crouches over him, pushes his head to the side and checks his pulse. In the next camera shot. The body is back to the original position (with the head flat), and Tanaka has disappeared. This is clearly the same video clip re-used from moments earlier, when Bond first killed him. Again after this, Tanaka is crouched over him again, with the head turned to the side.
