In Puppet Master 2, Toulon states the green fluid that gives the puppets life lasts for 50 years. But in Puppet Master 3, he calls the already alive puppets to 'dinner' and injects them with the green fluid. If the fluid lasts for 50 years, and the puppets are already alive, they shouldn't require a new injection at this time, much less a regular one for dinner.
