(at around 41 mins) Professor McGonagall speaks the Tabooed name, "Voldemort" BEFORE the protective defensive Charms are spoken; however, Snatchers do not appear. This is because - unlike in the book - Voldemort's name was never confirmed to have been Tabooed in the film.In a deleted scene it was confirmed. And despite so, the Taboo was put in place to find Harry and a handful of others who were brave enough to say his name. By this point Voldemort is going to attack Hogwarts and his followers are already there/going there, so there was no point in them having the Taboo anymore.
