Aside from the fact that a nurse would never be permitted in an operations center to listen in on highly classified mission, there are two problems with the radio "chatter" - the first is that the range of aircraft sets is quite limited and would not be audible across the Pacific Ocean, and the second is that the B-25s used had their heavy radio sets removed entirely to save weight for additional gasoline storage.
