At the cantina, Mississippi kills a man by pulling and throwing a large knife that he has concealed behind his back, perhaps below the back of his neck under the shirt. Just a moment before this though, Mississippi's back could be seen as he entered the cantina, and there was no visible sign of such a large knife being carried behind his back, either on or underneath his rather snug-fitting shirt.
