A couple of continuity errors of sorts: When Claire was originally killed, the body was reported found at 10:42 AM on Fat Tuesday. This means that she had to be killed hours earlier. Now, when Doug finds her and averts her killing (after 8:30 AM), she's wearing the wrong clothes! The red pattern dress which she is wearing in the morgue was at Claire's home and not readily available for her to wear. This means that after Oerstadt killed her (in the original past), he'd have to go to Claire's house, change her clothes neatly such that it doesn't appear "staged" and then set her afloat all in a matter of about a half hour (tops). Then, drive the device onto the ferry and then drive his motorcycle to the Crescent City Bridge all by 10:50 AM.Also, when Oerstadt douses her with the accelerant, it appears that Claire's legs/ankles are loosely bound (despite other claims of goofs that her legs/ankles were not bound). The problem, here, is that she appears to be wearing shoes on both feet after Oerstadt punches her. Moments later, when Doug saves her, she's as shoeless as Joe Jackson.
