At 30:48, Colin tells Michael "I think your leg is broken", then at 30:55, Colin says "I'm going to make you a tourniquet". Tourniquets are contraindicated for open limb injuries except when needed to control bleeding. Michael is not bleeding enough to warrant a tourniquet.
