(at around 1h 45 mins) When Ian Malcolm boards the ship after it crashes into the dock, as he is walking across the deck he steps on one of the arms that was severed at the shoulder. Instead of the arm staying on the deck or rising slightly, it pops up almost vertically and almost hits him in his leg. Its obvious that it is a plastic mannequin arm.
