Challis is caught in the factory and struggles with the suited man who attacks him, getting the upper hand and managing to punch through his stomach. When Challis pulls the wiring out of his torso, the man's jacket is buttoned. In the next shot when the orange fluid trickles out of his mouth, his jacket is unbuttoned.
