5 minutes into the beginning when they're in China, the NEST team is moving on a Decepticon reading and it should be right in front of them. There's an overhead shot and a shot looking into the concrete tubes to where the very large Decepticon is, but you can't see its vehicle form at all until it starts transforming and attacking the troops.
