In between the two shots of Thunderbird 3 landing in London, it's possible to see in the background a shot of Thunderbird 2 apparently carrying the monorail car after it's been lifted from the river. Which, at that point in the movie, hasn't happened yet. So that shot much have been planned for a later part of the movie, and editing caused a continuity error.
