Killing Henderson does not seem warranted. He does not appear to know anything specific about Osato's involvement apart from hearsay. Moreover, he is killed while having a guest and the guest is not even threatened in any way. The goons retreat to Osato's headquarters after their job. This incident appears to be a crude plot device to link Osato to the investigation.
