When the kids are hiding in the clothes on the conveyor belt, the combines weight of all of them in such a short span would do severe damage to the track system and it would fail to turn. Their total weight would be around 600 pounds - spread in less than a ten foot pan and hanging on with only hangers.
Not only would they most likely damage the equipment, they have a high risk of falling from the clothes hangers and getting stuck and severely injuring themselves or killing themselves in the rotating track system.
The attached safety cables are clearly visible to suspend them from falling.
The yellow safety railing which is installed to stop people from falling into the track system is not even screwed against the wall properly and is on the verge of coming off from wherever it is mounted.
