The plot suffers an inconsistency in that Cobra/Johnson is supposed to have been on Earth goofing around for five years, yet is built like a muscleman. Anyone forced to adopt a new identity would know to give up their old habits and lifestyle; Cobra would have let himself go during the surgeries and before his memory was erased so as to look less conspicuous.
