When Four is being taken from the tower, a fight breaks out in which he fires into the cockpit. The pilot on the right is either killed or unconscious, but at 1:12 you can clearly see his head moving around in the background, but when the go back to a close up of the cockpit to show the ground through the front glass, the pilot is slumped over again.
