When Neo visits the Oracle for the first time, he meets The Kid/The Spoon Boy who tells him "There is no spoon/Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself". However, Neo saw the spoon bending and then straighten out. This would mean that Neo was bending the spoon also in his mind or else he would not have seen it bend in the first place, because there is no spoon.
