After Heero is released from prison, he shakes Inspector Narasimha's right hand. Noticing that some of Narasimha's fingers are missing, Heero asks what happened, and Narasimha responds, "an accident." Later, during a flashback that reveals the truth, Babban cuts off the fingers on Narasimha's left hand.
