In his spoken introduction, Manley P. Hall says that each of the 12 signs of the zodiac begins and ends on the 20th day of the month. Yet the 12 characters introduced with their names and zodiac signs in the opening credits show different date ranges: Margaret Lindsay / Leo / July 23 - August 22; Anna May Wong / Aquarius / January 21 - February 18; etc.
