When Rooney is on the phone with Cameron who is posing as Mr. Peterson, he is speaking to him on line one of the phone. A second call comes in from Ferris and is answered on line three. When it cuts back to Rooney and a close up of the phone, it shows line one as off hook (solid light) and line two in a hold status instead of the original line three.
