The "For Forever" sequence is the second time the flashback of Evan's suicide attempt appears, the way that he remembers it. But because the suicide attempt took place at Ellison State Park, Evan is singing and lying about spending time with Connor at the Autumn Smile Apple Orchard. Thus, when Connor appears to come and get Evan in the area where Evan fell during that moment in the song, it's still Ellison State Park and not the orchard.
