We are informed that the train can't be stopped because air was let out of the air-brake pipes. But, when the knuckle coupler is opened and the brake line separates we can see pressurized air being released. But there is a deeper problem. Real air brakes are pressurized to release them, this prevents a no-brake situation if the pipe fails.
