Beechcraft 18 aircraft never had rails along the upper fuselage; presumably, this was done for only this film. Furthermore, even with rails, there is no possible way that Bond could have clung to the aircraft as he did and survived, especially when Kamal inverted the aircraft. Bond would have easily been shaken off.
