(at around 1h 40 mins) Before Bruce sedates Rachel in the Batcave, he explains to her that the two antidote samples need to be given to Gordon and he then leaves them on the table next to her as she passes out. Bruce later tells Alfred to take Rachel home, but he never tells him to take the samples with him and to leave them with her. Yet she wakes up and the antidote is on her nightstand. Alfred had no way of knowing to take the antidotes with him when he took Rachel home.
