After Ursula dies, Dominique is crying and holding her head up. When the camera cuts to Ursula's face, her eyes are facing up. It cuts to Dominique, then back to Ursula. Ursula's eyes are now looking at the bathtub beside her. The next time it cuts back to her, her eyes are closed.
