After Jimmy walks out the break room, it cuts to Michael in a hospital room; he then watches Jimmy and Karen have a conversation and then exits down the stairs; this all takes place on the baby ward floor. A couple of minutes later, Michael is back on the baby ward floor and hides in the nursery when he sees Karen . He then goes and hides in the hospital room that he exited from earlier. The scenes are are out of order in the TV version, but not in the theatrical version.
